Overview: This Privacy Policy explains how Pokodzima Studio LLC (“Pokodzima”, “we”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you play Slide Out Squad or contact us.

Slide Out Squad is a free-to-play multiplayer VR game on the Meta Horizon platform, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the game.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate the game and provide support:

Gameplay & Movement Data: We process your in-game movements (head and hand tracking) in real time to control your character.
Voice Data: We transmit your live voice chat audio so players can communicate. We do not record, store, or analyze voice chat.
Platform Identifiers & Network Data: We collect your Meta/Oculus account user ID and username. We also use network information (such as your IP address and device hardware identifiers) to connect you with other players. This allows the Photon multiplayer service, operated by Exit Games GmbH (Photon Engine), to establish sessions and synchronize game data in real time.
Game Settings & Preferences: We collect your game preferences (control options, language, etc.) to personalize gameplay.

All such data is used only to enable gameplay and multiplayer features.

In-App Purchases: Slide Out Squad offers only cosmetic items. Purchases are processed through the Meta store operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. We do not collect or handle any payment or billing details. We only receive a confirmation of your purchase in order to grant the cosmetic item to your account.

When You Contact Us: If you email or message us for support, we may collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Voice Chat and Player Interaction

Slide Out Squad includes real-time voice chat between players. Voice communications are transmitted live and are not recorded, stored, or reviewed by us. We do not pre-screen or censor in-game speech, and there is no text chat or user-generated content sharing in the game. You are responsible for your own interactions; please use available tools (such as muting or blocking) to manage your experience.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share limited data only as necessary:

Service Providers: We may share gameplay or technical data with third-party service providers (such as Meta Platforms, Inc., and Exit Games GmbH) solely to operate the game. For example, Photon (our cloud networking provider operated by Exit Games) receives data required for real-time multiplayer but does not store any of your personal data.
Legal Compliance & Safety: We may disclose information if required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our players or the game. This includes complying with subpoenas, court orders, or lawful requests by authorities.

Apart from the above, your information is not shared with any other third parties.

Children’s Privacy

Slide Out Squad is intended for players aged 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a child under 13 is playing via a parent-managed Meta (Oculus) account, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for that child’s use of the game. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. Parents who believe their child has provided us with personal information may contact us to have that information removed.

Data Security and Retention

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle. Sensitive data (such as gameplay movements and voice) is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for its purpose or to comply with legal requirements. For example, we do not store your head/hand movement data after your session ends, and we delete support correspondence once we have addressed your request.
